Georgina Jones creates natural beauty products in an area of outstanding natural beauty – fitting, wouldn’t you say? Nestled in the Clwydian Range in the Welsh countryside, she gets to work in her converted Victorian cart shed known as The Source, her little piece of heaven on earth.
George and her team grow some of the ingredients for the Bathing Beauty products using biodynamic principles in the grass behind the shed, and also place a focus on organic, fairtrade and wild-harvested sources.
Bathing Beauty’s philosophy draws comparisons with the slow food movement, taking the finest quality ingredients and letting the process take its course, with some products taking weeks to create. The company believes in ecological responsibility and aims to packaging that is either reusable, recyclable or biodegradable. Bathing Beauty is registered with both the Vegan Society and the Vegetarian Society and their products are of course all cruelty-free.
A special collaboration with makeup artist Caroline James was the catalyst for the holy-grail vegan makeup brush sets sold here at Lumabelle. George and Caroline have accomplished something rather amazing, so make sure to click on the brush set below and find out more about what makes this set a total must-have for those on the hunt for cruelty-free makeup brushes.
